This rug is a very good value. It’s a high quality braided wool and looks more expensive than it is. More important was how impressive rugs.com was in responding to an issue. The rug arrived with a minor stitching error. When I contacted them I was honestly shocked by how quickly and professionally they responded. I had a new rug in a couple of days and got a return label to send back the damaged one. As soon ans I confirmed the new one arrived. All they needed was a photo and the issue was resolved immediately with no further questions. I would absolutely do business with them again.

I am unsure if this is a product of it being wool but overall I am happy with the product. You absolutely need a rug pad for this rug, it is so dangerous without one.
