Hand-knotted of 100% wool, this rug pairs an ivory background with vivid, layered patterning. Two burgundy panels anchor the design—one with a stepped medallion and star motifs, the other with a geometric emblem—framed by a bright lime-green cartouche and a busy, serrated border of repeating floral squares. Accents of black, blue, gold, green and red are woven into small rosettes, stylized blossoms and angular lines, creating a lively, folk-inspired composition. The hand-knotted construction produces a dense, tactile wool pile that feels warm and substantial underfoot and is finished with short fringed ends.
