Nain
Ivory sets the stage for a finely worked medallion rug rich with floral and vine motifs. A central radiating medallion anchors the design, surrounded by scrolling arabesques, small rosettes and a stepped border that repeats the same floral language. The palette balances cool and warm tones — light blue and deeper blue lines and fills sit alongside beige and brown outlining, with small red accents that give the pattern discreet punctuation. Hand-knotted in wool with silk highlights, the surface feels soft and slightly lustrous where the silk catches the light, while the wool provides a warm, resilient hand and a refined, low-to-medium pile texture.
