This rug (my first round one) works great in my living room! It is rustic without being “too much.” I live in a cabin with wooden walls, floors and ceilings, so the design is very appropriate, and the Southwestern touches blend with the rest of my decor. I like the low pile and different colors throughout the rug, as I have 3 cats and struggle endlessly with the hair they shed. The low pile makes it easy to vacuum, and so far the design makes any cat hair less visible, as I had hoped it would!

Problem is when they ship it there is no cardboard tube it’s rolled in so during shipping it get squashed and major creases occur. I have been trying to get creases out for two weeks and they are still there. Tried everything you tube has to offer. I should not have to go through all of this for a runner rug but thinking about gluing it to a backer and hope that works if not I will burn this rug in my fire pit. Sorry at work and don’t have pics of it…but large creases across the width.

After several weeks we are still unable to keep the rugs flat, even after ordering rug mats. We also tried rolling them backwords. The rugs have created a tripping hazard and we have older members in our household.

We never received an email of purchase or shipping, received a notice from UPS that the packing material over the rug had been destroyed, the rug was shipped in a square thin plastic not rolled. It has so many lumps and creases by not being rolled with a tube. Customer service never answers the phone, only chat will respond. So we turned the carpet over and placed furniture on it, hopefully after a few days it will lay flat, we should not have to do this. UPS could not reach Rugs.com about the torn packing during shipping, I had to drive an hour to UPS to pick up the rug and get it released to me.
Reviewing a different size or color: 7x10 · GreenThe rug is great! It looks exactly as it did in the picture! It’s very soft. My only complaint is the fact that it was folded during shipping instead of rolled. This caused a lot of trouble when trying to get the creases out.
