Afghan Ersari
A warm light-brown field sets the stage for a classic, geometric prayer-rug design rendered in deep red, black, and ivory. A stepped mihrab-style arch anchors the center, leading the eye to a repeating grid of round medallions and small cross motifs. Lattice panels and angular chevrons add texture and rhythm, while the red guard borders, dotted with star-like motifs and delicate accents in ivory and black, frame the composition. Short, natural fringes finish each end for a handcrafted look.
