The piece
Carved Pekin
Hand-knotted from 100% wool, this runner from the Carved Pekin Collection displays a classic Chinese floral medallion design with sculptural, carved detailing. A soft, light pink field serves as the backdrop for centered floral bouquets and an ornate border framed in ivory and brown. Accents of navy blue, soft green, and rose add subtle depth to the botanical motifs, while short fringe trims both ends. The dense, high wool pile provides a thick, plush texture underfoot.
