A hand-made cowhide and leather patchwork rug with a bold checkerboard layout, finished in a multi background that brings together beige, black, burgundy and gray panels. Each square is stitched with a visible zigzag seam that gives the rug a tailored, crafted look. Surfaces vary across the piece—smooth leather, hair-on-hide, distressed cross-hatch patinas and a few raised, pebble-textured panels—so the rug reads as both graphic and tactile underfoot.
