The piece
Cowhide - Patchwork
A tight chevron patchwork forms the rug’s graphic surface, each narrow hide arranged to create a directional zigzag that gives the piece subtle movement. The background is multi-toned, with a mix of beige, ivory, light brown, brown, black and silver that alternate across the pattern, producing a natural, variegated look. Made by hand from cowhide and leather, the surface has a low, hair-on-hide nap with slight sheen and tactile variation where seams meet, so it feels soft underfoot while showing the distinct character of each hide.

It pairs especially well with warm woods, leather sofas, and neutral upholstery, and can also bring a grounded, textural counterpoint to minimal or industrial spaces.
