The piece
Cowhide - Patchwork
Handmade from cowhide and leather, this modern rectangular area rug from the Cowhide - Patchwork Collection showcases an intricate mosaic of geometric blocks. The design arranges stitched leather and hide strips into contrasting horizontal and vertical orientations. A dynamic field of black, ivory, beige, and rich brown serves as the foundation, punctuated by vibrant pops of red, yellow, orange, blue, green, and purple. The natural hair-on-hide texture offers a medium pile with subtle sheen and tactile depth across every square.
