Product Description
Hand-braided from 100% wool, this oval rug features concentric arching bands of color arranged like a flattened rainbow. The background is multi, with clear bands of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet and purple surrounding a softer lilac center. The braided construction produces a low-profile surface with defined braided ribs you can feel underfoot; the wool offers a warm, slightly springy texture and a matte, rounded color depth that softens the transitions between stripes.
This rug brings a playful, grounded note to casual and contemporary interiors. Use it in an entryway or mudroom to introduce color at the threshold, layer it in a family room or playroom for a durable, tactile centerpiece, or place it beneath a small round table in a breakfast nook to add personality without overwhelming the space. It pairs well with natural woods, simple linens, and solid upholstery—helpful when you want to anchor a room with color while keeping the rest of the scheme relaxed and approachable.
