The multi background carries warm and cool tones — shades of blue and navy alternate with red, orange, brown and ivory — while a wide rust-red outer border and finer navy-and-ivory guard borders frame the field. The repeating motifs and balanced color runs give the rug a structured, classic look with an artful, layered quality.
