Cowhide - Patchwork
Hand-made from cowhide and leather, this patchwork rug arranges small square hide tiles into a mosaic-like field. The multi background blends beige, ivory, light brown and brown with scattered gray and black accents, producing a calm, pixelated pattern with natural hair-on-hide markings and subtle tonal variation. The surface has a low, tactile nap—soft underfoot with the smooth, slightly raised texture characteristic of cowhide and visible stitch lines where each tile is joined.
