All Account FAQs


Creating an account lets you keep track of past orders, maintain a wishlist, earn store credit on your orders and on the orders of people you refer to Rugs.com, and take part in special promotions only available for registered members. You only need an email address to create an account.

*Note that you may also sign in to an account by linking your Facebook, Apple, or Google account.

You will notice a small heart icon at the top-right of each product image. Clicking this icon will add an item to your wishlist. To access your wishlist, you will notice a similar heart icon at the top right of your screen. Clicking on this will lead you to your wishlist where you can review your favorite items, see similar items, and add products to the cart. You can also share the wishlist with others via email!

When at the login page, click on the Forgot Password? link. After entering the email address associated with your account, check your inbox for instructions on how to change your password.

*If you do not receive the password change email, be sure to check your spam/junk folder

Note that if your account is linked to a Facebook, Apple, or Google account, you will need to unlink the account to set a new password.

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the email address on your account. We can, however, migrate your orders and information to a new account. For assistance, email our customer service team at info@rugs.com, or call us at 1-800-818-4097. We will be happy to help!

Store Credit is as good as cash at Rugs.com!

  • You earn 5% of the value of your order every time you purchase.
  • Send your friends to Rugs.com and get 5% of their total purchase price as a store credit in your account.

At the shopping cart screen, you can choose to apply all, some, or no store credit to your order. Simply click and drag the Store Credit bar to choose the amount of store credit you would like to apply as the last step before checkout.

If you failed to receive the store credit that was due, please email our customer service team at info@rugs.com, or call us at 1-800-818-4097. We will be happy to help!

Note that our team will need the order ID associated with the store credit and the amount that is due.

Near the bottom of our marketing emails, you will see a link to unsubscribe from our emails. You will have the following options on the unsubscribe page:

  • I only want to receive one promotional email per month
  • I only want to know about new rugs promotions with the change of seasons
  • I would only like to receive emails twice per week
  • I only want to receive promotional emails once per week
  • Unsubscribe from all types of emails
