The piece
Ultra Vintage
Hand-knotted from 100% wool, this square area rug from the Ultra Vintage Collection showcases a modern figurative design inspired by traditional portraiture. The composition features an expressive profile set against a geometric, fractured backdrop, woven in rich shades of puce, burgundy, light brown, and gray. A flat pile and authentic distressed texture give the surface a distinct vintage character, while the detailed linework highlights the quality of artisan craftsmanship.
