Hand-knotted from 100% wool, this rug has a deep purple field woven with subtle tonal variation that gives the surface a slightly heathered, tactile quality. Ivory bands run across the width at regular intervals, each band detailed with a repeating zigzag/triangle motif in a darker purple that creates a rhythmic, geometric stripe. The pile is soft with a low-to-medium profile and a gently nubby texture; short fringe and small side tassels add a handcrafted finish.
