Meshkabad
A deep red field provides a warm foundation for an intricate Persian-inspired design: a central medallion unfolds into scrolling vines, palmettes and floral sprays worked in tones of pink, navy blue, blue, green, brown, beige and touches of black. The wide outer border, rich with repeating rosettes and stylized foliage, frames the composition and reinforces the traditional, symmetrical layout. Hand knotted in 100% wool, the surface has a tightly woven construction and a soft, slightly plush wool pile that feels warm and natural underfoot.
