Hand-knotted in 100% wool, this rug presents a traditional tribal layout of framed panels, each containing a stylized geometric medallion. A warm red field provides the background while alternating terracotta and maroon panels sit inside an ivory serrated chain that defines the grid. Deep maroon outlines and small ivory central accents create crisp contrast, and the overall effect is orderly and graphic without feeling rigid. The hand-knotting produces a dense, low-to-medium pile with a tactile, slightly plush surface that offers a reassuring, substantial feel underfoot.
