The pattern is a traditional Persian-inspired layout: a finely worked central motif with smaller floral cartouches extending along the vertical axis, while scrolling palmettes and arabesques define the frame. Hand-knotted from 100% wool, the surface has a dense, refined texture that feels soft underfoot and holds the design’s crisp edges and rich color transitions.
