Vorhang
A warm red ground anchors a compact, hand-woven field bordered by repeating geometric diamonds and hooked motifs in beige, black and brown. The upper panel is tightly woven with a low, dense texture that feels substantial underhand; below it, dozens of long, hand-twined cords and tassels spill out in alternating red, black and beige, adding a tactile, airy contrast to the solid woven band. Hand made of 100% wool, the piece combines firm, textured weave and soft, natural wool tassels for a layered, tactile finish.
