Hand-knotted from 100% wool, this rug presents a warm, worn-in look with a low, tactile pile that feels soft underfoot. A deep red field forms the backdrop for a dense all-over repeat of small floral boteh motifs in blue, ivory and brown, giving the surface a lively, detailed texture. The design is edged by a narrow ivory guard border and a patterned blue-and-brown outer band that provides a crisp, geometric frame against the organic motif.
