Product Description

Hand-knotted from 100% hand-spun wool, this rug presents a bold red field punctuated by geometric medallions and tribal motifs. Central star and diamond forms alternate with cross-like floral elements in shades of blue, navy, green, brown and ivory, while an ivory outer border with repeating rosette motifs frames the composition. The hand-spun wool gives the surface a slightly nubby, tactile feel and subtle tonal variation, and the tight knotting produces a warm, substantial pile that’s pleasant underfoot.

This piece is well suited to ground a living room seating area, add color beneath a dining table, or bring pattern and warmth to an entry or study. It pairs naturally with warm wood furniture, leather accents, deep-painted cabinetry or layered textiles, and can balance both traditional and eclectic interiors without overpowering the room.
