Kazak
A rich red field anchors a traditional geometric layout of bold medallions and smaller filler motifs. A large navy-blue diamond medallion sits near the center, framed by green and ivory star-like motifs and angular, stepped guards that repeat the palette of blue, yellow, green, brown and ivory. The wide ivory border carries a continuous floral-meander motif in the same colors, providing a bright contrast that defines the rug’s edges and draws the eye inward. Small geometric accents and stylized floral forms are evenly distributed across the field, giving the piece a lively, balanced pattern that reads as both structured and handcrafted.
