The piece
Khal Mohammadi
Hand-knotted from 100% wool in Afghanistan, this piece from the Khal Mohammadi collection displays a geometric design with repeating medallion motifs. A deep red field anchors the composition, framed by intricate layered borders and detailed with contrasting accents in black and brown. The thin wool pile provides a sleek profile and a dense, supple texture underfoot, finished with subtle fringe along the edges.
