Hand-knotted from 100% wool, this rug presents a stitched-together, patchwork aesthetic with a worn-vintage look. The design lays a series of rectangular and square panels across a red background, alternating faded medallions, narrow border bands and stripped runner motifs for a layered, collected feel. Deep burgundy and puce mingle with purple accents, while touches of ivory and navy blue break up the warmth of the palette. The short, dense wool pile has a soft, low-sheen texture with subtle variations in depth that give the surface a tactile, lived-in quality underfoot.
