Product Description
The Tabriz collection presents a handcrafted wool and silk rug, measuring 7 feet square, with a design that balances intricate patterns and a bold color scheme. The dominant red background is punctuated with a variety of accent colors, including cream, blue, green, pink, olive, brown, beige, gray, and violet, which come together to form traditional floral motifs and ornate borders.
The texture is a testament to its hand-made construction, offering a luxurious softness underfoot that wool and silk fibers are known for. The detailed patterning is reminiscent of classic Persian designs, with a central medallion that anchors the composition, surrounded by intricate foliage and geometric shapes that create a sense of movement and depth.
This Tabriz rug's strong visual presence and deep color palette would complement interiors that favor rich, bold aesthetics, such as traditional, Victorian, or classic European styles. It could also serve as a striking contrast in more minimalist or contemporary settings, adding warmth and sophisticated character to a neutral space. Placement in a formal living room, dining area, or grand foyer would allow this piece to anchor the room's decor while providing a focal point that unites various elements of the interior design.
