The carrier does not update the shipping status after “label created”, so you have no idea when your shipment will arrive. Kind of an issue if you need to plan access to your property. This is only my second rugs.com order, and it happened on the first order too.

I was pleasantly surprised when this rug is light, bright, neutral with just enough color to make it a perfect accent under the dark brown sectional.

Reviewing a different size or color: 8 Ft Runner · Rust red and BeigeI like the subdued colors of this rug and it looks just as in the photos. It is a pretty thin rug but it seems to be stiff and heavy enough for the automatic vaccum to run over it.

Washes and holds up well. I prefer to take it to a large laundromat washer instead of my household washer.
