Customers love the beautiful rich colors, attractive patterns, and durable, pet-friendly design of this rug. Many reviewers highlight that it holds up exceptionally well to vacuuming and washing while offering fantastic value. A few customers note that the colors can appear deeper in person and recommend pairing it with a rug pad for extra grip and cushioning.
This rug which is fully washable (my dog marked it on the first day so I can say this with confidence) is twice as nice as those from Ruggable and costs half as much. It has the look and feel of a real rug unlike the Rugggable rugs which are like thin pieces of felt with patterns stamped on them. This photo was taken AFTER it was washed.
Reviewing a different size or color: 4x6 · Antique BlueRug sent was wrong size and rugs.com gave me such a hard time. They tried to tell me they sent the correct size even though label on back of rug showed different. Just returned rug and waiting for a refund.

Reviewing a different size or color: 4x6 · Antique BlueThe colors online where the combination that I wanted, but I was reluctant to order because it looked a bit dark. I was pleasantly surprised when this rug is light, bright, neutral with just enough color to make it a perfect accent under the dark brown sectional.
Reviewing a different size or color: 4x6 · Sandy and IvoryI ordered this rug, expecting the colors to match the photos on the website. (first photo). However the rug was much darker and not what I was looking for (second photo). Returning the Rug
Reviewing a different size or color: 12 Ft Runner · Beige and Rust RedGreat but not too expensive rug, perfect for a high traffic area. What I’m not too impressed with is the shipping service. The carrier does not update the shipping status after “label created”, so you have no idea when your shipment will arrive. Kind of an issue if you need to plan access to your property. This is only my second rugs.com order, and it happened on the first order too.
Reviewing a different size or color: 6 Ft Runner · MultiI like the subdued colors of this rug and it looks just as in the photos. It is a pretty thin rug but it seems to be stiff and heavy enough for the automatic vaccum to run over it.
Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 · Blue and PeachI did not like these rugs at all.
Reviewing a different size or color: 2x3 · MultiNot pleased at all with this runner. Not the same material as the Francesca runner but the Francesca didn’t have the size I needed in a smaller runner so I tried to get one that would blend. Boy did I mess up!
Reviewing a different size or color: 5 Ft Runner · Rust BlueI did not like this rug at all. Very poor quality and the edging looks really cheap
Reviewing a different size or color: 8 Ft Round · MultiThe carpet is waaaaayyyyyy darker than the pictures on the rugs.com website. I understand a little variation in color, but this carpet is almost dark purple. It's unfortunate because I like the patterns and basic colors in the carpet. I'm disappointed that the website colors aren't true to the product.
