The piece
Ultra Vintage
A softly distressed Persian-inspired medallion sits at the center of a warm taupe field, with antique navy blue motifs and brown and gray accents layered into the design. The faded floral arabesques and a gently patterned border create a lived-in, timeless look while allowing the taupe ground to anchor a room. The overall palette reads neutral with cool navy contrasts, making the pattern subtle rather than busy.

The wool fibers give natural depth to the navy and brown highlights, producing a soft sheen and textural variation across the field. Use this piece to ground a sofa grouping, define a dining area, or layer at the foot of a bed; it pairs especially well with warm wood tones, leather seating, linen upholstery, and interiors that lean traditional, transitional, or modern farmhouse.
