Hand-knotted from 80% wool and 20% silk, this rug presents a warm terracotta field framed by a narrow, recessed border in tone-on-tone brown. The overall pattern is restrained and modern: the broad solid field is punctuated at the corners by small beige-and-brown geometric blocks that combine striped panels with stylized twig and leaf motifs. The silk content provides gentle highlights that catch the light across the low, dense pile, while the wool gives a soft, slightly springy hand; short fringe at the ends offers a casual, finished edge.
