I get so frustrated when I read reviews that have complete opposite opinions or experiences. On this rug in particular many said it was as pictured while others said it wasn't as vibrant in person. I'm so glad I took a chance on this rug!We recently put hard flooring in our entire house and we needed large rugs for the kids' bedrooms. My son wanted a bright colorful rug and he fell in love with this one but at $500 I told him it wasn't going to be possible. When the 8x10 went on sale for $250 I was excited to be able to get it though I was crossing my fingers that it would really be as bright as it looks in photos.The reviewers who said the rug isn't as vibrant as the photos were wrong (in my opinion) or perhaps they got a different version of the rug? Some reviewers said their rug border was blue but mine is bright pink. We laid it out in the livingroom to settle before putting it in my son's room. Even though it was folded the bumps were gone in two days. It vacuums nicely without shedding though it is a thinner rug so we are putting a 1/4 inch rug pad under it.My photos were taken in bright daylight without a filter or editing. The colors look exactly as they do in real life. I love this rug. I cannot believe we got it for only $250. Given the quality I believe it is worth the $500 price tag!

This Theia rug is beautiful and soft to walk on. The colors in it are so pretty and we love the circle pattern. It really freshened up our living room!
I love color and this rug allowed me to express my vision of color and tie the room all together; I LOVE IT!
Reviewing a different size or color: 6x9 · MultiI purchased three Theia rugs to go together in one room: a runner a 4x6 and an 8x11. The color is a bit darker than in the photos but otherwise spot on. The largest came folded then rolled but the wrinkles are almost all gone. BUT NOWHERE on the website did it say the motifs would be different sizes on each of the three rugs. I wanted them to go together. TWO of them together would be OK but three different sizes...nope. The rectangular shape on the large rug is a bit smaller than a baseball card. On the runner about the size of a half-dollar coin. The 4x6 in between. These clearly aren't hand-knotted wool but given the price for the quality I'd say 5 stars minus one star for inadequate website description.
Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 · Blue GreenGot this as the transition rug from winter to spring and needed a good pop of color. It shipped super fast and couldn’t beat the price. Only issues are that the background isn’t quite as white not the colors quite as vibrant as shown in photo. Also there was a line from where the thread appear got pulled in one spot. Wasn’t worth trying to ship back so I’ll probably put the coffee table over that spot. Definitely use a rug pad as well!

It came one day earlier than its scheduled delivery and when we opened it we noticed that the colors are just a bit less vivid than on the picture which I think goes better in our living room.

I had my floors redone in all hardwood last fall and wanted to break up the dark color everywhere and protect my floors in the living room. The colors are perfect for my newly painted room. And I love the size!
