I searched for 2 months for the exact rug I wanted. I went to literally every store in my city and none of them had what I wanted..maybe because of covid I'm not sure. I HATE buying things online because I'm a terrible online shopper. I looked at this rug probably 100 times and read every review over and over again. When it arrived I was SO HAPPY! It's super soft and doesn't have that weird fake-carpet feel that so many shag rugs have. My best friend actually lived my rug so much she bought the same one for her place. The length of the shag is perfect and obviously my dog loves it too. Would highly recommend this rug.
Reviewing a different size or color: 6x9 · PearlJust got this rug and the color and size are accurate to the pictures. The rug itself is very shaggy but does not have much cushion to it. I love the rug but would recommend buying a pad to go under it too.

Reviewing a different size or color: 6x9 · PearlI ordered 2 shag rugs from this company a year ago. It was time to replace them so I got back on the site and ordered the 8x8 and the 13’ runner. It took exactly ONE day for the 8x8 to arrive and it’s beautiful! The thing is it’s a different rug from the last one I ordered. My mistake I didn’t realize it. The rugs I ordered last year and they were great too are regular shag rugs half the price of these rugs. They’re called Zermatt I believe. These rugs are soooooo soft and pretty I decided to keep them even with the money difference. I believe they are well worth the money and I am glad I ordered the wrong ones lol. The runner will not be here for a week but the living room one was here in a day. Unbelievable!!! Thank you to Rugs.com for lovely products. Like I said the Zermatt rugs lasted a year and they were the ivory color just like my new ones. I expect these to last a year too and I hope I’m right. The difference in the two shags is the Zermatt is a basic shag rug with a closed loop the new Infinity shag is soft and luxurious rug that I just want to take a nap on and it actually feels warm when I get down on it to play with my 2 shih tzu. I’m definitely glad I bought them and I would recommend them no problem!! Just beautiful and I can’t stop walking back and forth in them lol just to feel them uAndre my feet - we don’t wear shoes in our home.

It is so thick great quality a beautiful color and worth every penny. I'm tired of buying cheap thin rugs just to save a couple of bucks. I will be buying another one of these for our upstairs living room!
Reviewing a different size or color: 5x8 · KhakiPretty much spent 2 weeks constantly looking at carpets and reviews and going from 1-3 stars to the 4-5 stars. Went by this one about 8 times. Researched the best carpets and did everything I could to make sure I was finding the right one. To sum it up unless I’m unknown to what’s soft this is extremely soft and plush. Its amazing. You can lose a pencil in it. I bought some padding under it separate but I can’t tell the difference entirely without one under but wild still recommend getting one. I had an idea to have this super soft carpet and one that presents itself in a classy way and this nailed the image ( I got the 9x12 ) My only concern is it says 9x12 and mine came about an inch short however that’s the area my bed was going to be over so it didn’t matter entirely. (If you’re worried I’d go larger and cut the difference; we all can be creative and improvise) I don’t do reviews but since I wanted the right feel and look in my room it delivered and I mostly did it so you can save the time I didn’t by checking a lot. You might find other good carpets but this does it.
I bought this rug and received it today. I was hesitant on ordering a rug online but figured I’d give it a shot. I am in love with this rug! It exceeded all of my expectations. It’s extremely soft and very well made. I bought the higher end padding and we are both enjoying this purchase ☺️

Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 · LinenWe’ve had this rug for about a month and absolutely love it! It’s in our basement guest room and really gives the room a cozy and inviting feel. Super soft and plush- my four year old calls it the floor blanket because she thinks it’s so soft. The color was perfect- true to photos. Definitely not for a high traffic area! But perfect for a bedroom etc.I wanted to note we also ordered the same rug in the linen because we weren’t sure which color would look best in the room. The linen was also a beautiful color! I wish we had another space because I really hated to send it back. The return process was very easy and we had an overall exceptional experience.
Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 · SmokeWe've bought a few shag rugs in the past and I'm always worried they'll shed like some have. This one hasn't at all! It's a little higher than we anticipated but it's super comfy to walk on. The color also has a slight red undertone to it that we weren't expecting based on the photos but it works for us. It came rolled up and fairly crimped. We laid it upside down for a day or two before laying it out under our furniture. The ends were curling up still but we were able to fold them under and get them to lay flat. Overall we're loving it. Our dogs love it too. ;)
