Colors look exactly as pictured . Pretty rug and can work for most styles I use it in my office . It laid down perfectly flat right out of packaged roll . No regrets with this rug

However, when it arrived, it was very scratchy and flat like an outdoor carpet. There’s no clear method of returns on the website, confirmation email or receipt, so emailed customer service several days ago and still haven’t heard back.

Definitely seems like an outdoor rug, the colors are nothing like the picture, will not work in our room at all. The pictures of it are nothing like it in person sadly.
