This rug exceeded my expectations. It is beautiful and laid flat immediately. Unlike other jute rugs I have purchased, it looks sturdy and durable. I feel like the quality is amazing for the price.

There’s no clear method of returns on the website, confirmation email or receipt, so emailed customer service several days ago and still haven’t heard back.

Colors look exactly as pictured . Pretty rug and can work for most styles I use it in my office . It laid down perfectly flat right out of packaged roll . No regrets with this rug
