Nain
A classic round medallion design grounded by a warm beige field and a deep red central disk, this hand-knotted wool and silk rug carries an intricate floral and vine motif with layered borders. The central medallion is densely detailed with cream, dark blue and soft blue accents, while the surrounding red field is threaded with winding floral arabesques in cream, brown and touches of pink. A broad cream border frames the composition, repeating smaller floral motifs and a delicate guard stripe that leads to a soft fringe at the edge.
