I returned it a month ago (3 days after receiving it) and have sent multiple emails to customer service explaining the situation. To date I have not received a response and am hoping this review will prompt one.

When it arrived, one edge was dirty and there were two areas in the rug where someone had "pulled" the yarn up. I decided to keep the rug because it would be so hard to return it, with the hope that it will not unravel over time.

Unpacking and trying to make it lay flat is nearly impossible. The rug looks like rolling waves in the ocean. We have placed heavy objects on it, but it doesn’t seem to help. We paid a nice price for something that is a disappointment.

He does his commands and tricks on the rug. He LOVES it and we find that he is quite impressed because he winds of not laying down on his kitchen bed because he likes the rug. It is soft on the feet. Stays in place. Very well made. I also bought the runner to go along the counters where our sink is and dishwasher and major prep area. Chester (our perfect dog) loves it there, too. So, we are extremely happy. Very well made and good looking. Very good value.
