Customers love how this botanical rug instantly enlivens indoor rooms, screened porches, and outdoor patios with its vibrant, cheerful colors. Reviewers consistently praise its lightweight, durable build that is pet-friendly, easy to vacuum, and dries quickly after rain. While the design receives widespread acclaim, shoppers recommend placing the rug in shaded or covered outdoor spaces to best preserve its bold colors against prolonged sun exposure.

Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 · MultiI received the wrong rug by mistake and I understand mistakes happen. What I have a problem with is they expected me , a 73 year old woman, to package and take to shipping facility. I was told I should wrap it in plastic or tarp Which I don’t have. When I asked for pickup from my house I was told that was not an option. They eventually gave me a $20 store credit which I have no intention of using since I won’t shop here again!
Reviewing a different size or color: 7x10 · MultiWell, the rug is pretty. Just what I had in mind. The problem is that I ordered two of them because I have two separate seating areas on my porch. I received two rugs but one is a completely different design from what I ordered. You would think that customer service would be eager to make things right. You would be wrong. First the customer service rep told me that I was confused and the rug that didn’t match was from an earlier order. I explained that the previous order was for different sizes and had already been received. I ask for the issue to be elevated to a manager. I sent photos showing the different designs. I even figured out the problem for them. The wrong rug had been wrapped and labeled incorrectly. Then customer service demanded that I send photos of the rugs with measuring tape laid out to show the size. They also wanted photos of the labels on the back of both rugs. I complied. Have I received a response? No. Just crickets. And then they dared to send an email requesting that I write a review of my purchase. Sheesh. All I needed was two rugs that matched.

These botanical rugs that we purchased are just perfect! We have the round one in a corner and two runners for the traffic areas.
