Why we love Corning
Corning sits where the Chemung River winds through the hills of the Southern Tier, a place long admired for its love of glass and the art of making things well. Stroll the historic downtown and you feel a town that treasures craft. Within easy reach, the Finger Lakes country opens up with vineyard slopes, deep blue water and the lakeside charm of Hammondsport on Keuka Lake. Autumn sets the hills ablaze, winter hushes everything under snow, and spring and summer bring green valleys and long, golden evenings.
That same appreciation for craft carries into the home. Across Corning, Addison, Canisteo, Cohocton, Hammondsport and the towns around them, rooms are made for gathering in from the cold and spilling out to the porch when the weather turns kind. A great rug is the finishing touch: warm underfoot, soft in the glow of a window, and ready for everyday life. Explore what Corning loves on Rugs.com and find the piece that makes your room feel complete.

Corning's celebrated glass heritage inspires a love of clarity and shine. Ivory and beige rugs bounce soft window light around a room and keep it feeling open and airy.
Four Seasons Indoors
Snowy winters and fiery autumns make cozy rooms a joy here. A textured rug underfoot brings warmth to the living room, while multi-colored designs echo the hills outside.
Craft at Home
A town that prizes handmade artistry suits rugs with character. Vintage and traditional styles bring heirloom charm to older homes, while modern designs freshen up open, light-filled rooms.
