I purchased this rug for my bedroom since the design mimics the newly designed bathroom door. I was surprised by the thickness of the rug, the softness and generally it was not too wrinkled. I have to admit adding edge/corner sticks were needed to keep the corners in place and while there are still a few wrinkles, most are contained under the bed (I had to maneuver the rug by myself but I'm sure if I had help it would have been a little flatter.) Overall I understand the concerns previous customers have with fold lines but mine went away with a few heavy items in place overnight. If you get the larger rug like me (10x13) make sure you have someone to help move it around if you want it flatter but it works for my space just fine.

Not exactly the colour i thought but thats just buying off photos but not disappointed .Only down side is it was so tightly rolled up its been a long job too get it to lay flat.

The downside is the rug is not as thick as i would have liked and more importantly after 2 weeks the edges of the rug do not lay flat creating a tripping hazzard. I have placed the dining chairs around perimeter of the rug for a week with little improvement. I have used ice cubes which has helped somewhat but still after doing that twice the corners are still curled up.

Extremely difficult to remove the creases once it's unfolded. The edges still curl up slightly after leaving weights on it for several days. It looks cheap and pixilated. Would not recommend buying this rug.

We decided to keep the rug and not go through the hassle of sending it back for an exchange. Attaching photos. Customer service was great and will be giving us a partial refund. I like a company that is willing to do something when things aren't just so and stand behind their products.

Giving it another week then sending it back if not better. The problem is UPS puts a $200 charge on anything over 8 feet long thus the folding

I will say the delivery was timely and the return was very efficient and straightforward although I have not yet received a refund. The website is hard to move around in for me and could use some updating. So my experience so far with the company has been positive but the product didn’t meet my expectations.
Reviewing a different size or color: 4 Ft Round · MultiI’m really disappointed in the quality of this rug. It’s so cheap looking. I really wish I didn’t end up with it, both the thickness and color are not good, not what I was expecting. I can’t recommend this product unfortunately.
