Customers love the stylish designs, comfortable soft feel underfoot, and the overall value this rug brings to transform a living space. Many reviewers appreciate how nicely the patterns complement their home decor. Some buyers note that it arrives with creases and curled edges from packaging, so taking time to weigh down the corners and pairing it with a rug pad is recommended.
I purchased this rug for my bedroom since the design mimics the newly designed bathroom door. I was surprised by the thickness of the rug, the softness and generally it was not too wrinkled. I have to admit adding edge/corner sticks were needed to keep the corners in place and while there are still a few wrinkles, most are contained under the bed (I had to maneuver the rug by myself but I'm sure if I had help it would have been a little flatter.) Overall I understand the concerns previous customers have with fold lines but mine went away with a few heavy items in place overnight. If you get the larger rug like me (10x13) make sure you have someone to help move it around if you want it flatter but it works for my space just fine.

Not exactly the colour i thought but thats just buying off photos but not disappointed .Only down side is it was so tightly rolled up its been a long job too get it to lay flat.
Reviewing a different size or color: 10 Ft Runner · BlackI love the look of this rug it looks great in our dining room! The delivery was as promised and it was well packaged. The downside is the rug is not as thick as i would have liked and more importantly after 2 weeks the edges of the rug do not lay flat creating a tripping hazzard. I have placed the dining chairs around perimeter of the rug for a week with little improvement. I have used ice cubes which has helped somewhat but still after doing that twice the corners are still curled up.
Reviewing a different size or color: 6x9 · GrayI like the rug very much, but it was folded up for shipping and getting it to flatten out has proved very difficult! It still hasn’t flattened!

Reviewing a different size or color: 10x13 · BlueRug has never laid down. It is wrinkled and rumpled and looks like crap. I will never order from here again. What a waste of 280.00
