Hand-knotted of 100% wool, this rug has a deep black flatwoven field interrupted by a raised, braided lattice of dark brown cords that form elongated diamond motifs. The low pile of the wool ground is smooth to the touch, while the braided lines add a tactile, three-dimensional quality you can feel underfoot.
