5' x 8' Easy-Clean Border Indoor / Outdoor Rug

Nice and soft rug

This rug is softer underfoot than we expected - which is a good thing. Much more comfortable to walk on than a typical indoor/outdoor rug. Seems well made and we received it quickly

It looked great…for a week.

The rug looked great, for a week. Then, the edges started fray and come apart with foot traffic. Super disappointing.

Great Carpet and Easy to do business with

I purchase both the 9x12 and 8x10 sizes for my enclosed lani. The carpets are exactly what I expected based on the the on-line photos and the see it in your room tools. I'm pleased with the choice. The quality appears to be very good and the items were shipped in a very thick plastic. The items were recently received so I can't comment on wear characteristics. The order process was very easy and included tracking information for all of the purchased items. My call to customer service with a few questions was answered quickly and I received the information I needed. The customer service was very good.

Great product. Great service

The rug is absolutely perfect. I originally ordered the wrong size and the company was wonderful to work with for the exchange.

As illustrated

The rug is exactly as pictured and is great in our living room. Generous proportions. Dimensions said 10x14 however rug is actually 10x15. Fortunately we adapted to it he size.

Beautiful

Our new outdoor rug is soft and thicker than most. It looks great on our deck.

Loved the Carpet

Dislike was it was too thin for my outdoor patio, that has a lot of wind blowing. Perfect for indoors. If no wind it would be great outside. The product I rate 5-Stars. So, I called to return it. WOW!!! Great customer service no issues they asked me what was wrong and then they set up a pick date. I was having trouble getting the return labels on my email we tried but they would not come thru and yet they never gave up I finally got them. Also, when you call there's, a LIVE PERSON helping. NO AI JUNK! I would rate their customer service a 10-Plus Will be Ording Carpets for inside my home. And their sections of carpets are awesome. Roger

Bad carpet quality

Ps Foto upload ergibt JSON Error...
