It was a shame it has been roiled too tightly in storage (probably to save space?) and even though we rolled it back on itself and then normal and repeated this around 10 times it still has creases and bumps in it

Reviewing a different size or color: 5x8 · BeigeI purchased the darkest color Saturn Rug that I think is called blue but it is really many different darker colors with blueish gray in there as well as brown etc. I chose it because this color won't show dirt or spills for quite awhile. I wanted to see it in person so I ordered a small one. I love the colors and now I am going to buy the large 9 by 12 rug. It isn't as plush or thick as I thought it would be but with a pad underneath it will be fine.

Reviewing a different size or color: 5x8 · BurgundyI like the rug....what I didn't like was the actually rug is much more subdued colorwise than their photo.....the rich tan in their photo is a beige in reality. Fortunately the colors still worked in the room I put the rug.
And I think it turned out quite nicely. I was worried a little that the red would show more than I wanted. As it turns out the red and browns blend to compliment the cherry oak wood color of the legs on my sofa. I also like the way it seems to flash gold at night with low lamp lighting.
Reviewing a different size or color: 6x9 · BlueThis rug runner is gorgeous! It’s a 1/2 pile and is soft underfoot. It’s going to take some time & patience to work out the folds much to my dismay. I don’t understand why this runner couldn’t of been rolled instead of folded. Perhaps that’s the way it’s shipped from Turkey…anyway I love it enough that I’m going to be ordering the round version for my front entryway.

I also ordered a rectangular rug. The rug I received was incorrect because I am told it had the wrong sku. I returned it after arguing with a customer service representative who insisted it was my error. After speaking with a supervisor, "Kevin," I was assured that my return would be expedited so that I could re-order the correct rug without having to advance the funds. So far, it has been a few weeks and I haven't received my refund nor have I received any communication from the company. Terrible customer service!
