Customers love the bold, modern geometric aesthetic and the remarkably soft, silky feel underfoot. Many note that its sleek, low-profile height easily clears doorways while effortlessly elevating kitchens, hallways, and living spaces. Some mention that using a rug pad is helpful for extra grip and stability, particularly when layering over existing carpet.
Great quality rug for the price. The black and white pattern is clean modern and looks even better in person than online. It feels durable arrived well packaged and shipping was quick.
Reviewing a different size or color: 10x14 · Black and WhiteLove this rug- the edges are good and the rug itself is very soft to stand on.
Reviewing a different size or color: 2x3 · Black and WhiteThe rug itself is very pretty, but if you have it on top of carpet it is a mess, it does not stay flat, I had to be a rug gripper for carpet and it still will not lay 100% flat, I have to always pull it to straigthen it out. I have to vacuum every two days because of the shedding. I love the sytle but is headache.
Reviewing a different size or color: 6x9 · Black and WhiteUnfortunately, my experience with this rug and the company has been extremely disappointing. First, the rug was delivered to the wrong house—it was left at my neighbor’s address. When I started to remove the packaging, I noticed the rug arrived stained, so I had to process a return for a refund. The return process was frustrating because the instructions were unclear. The shipping label provided was only a screenshot, with no direct link for tracking, and the tracking number was incorrect. The rug was picked up by the carrier as scheduled, but since then, there has been no communication whatsoever from rugs.com. It has now been 1.5 months, and I still have not received my refund or any confirmation that the returned rug was received. I have also received no update regarding the status of my refund. Overall, the delivery, stained product, confusing return process, incorrect tracking information, and complete lack of communication have made this an extremely frustrating experience. Waiting 1.5 months for a refund after the carrier successfully picked up the return is unacceptable. I would not recommend purchasing from this company based on my experience.
