Product Description
Hand-woven of 100% wool, this rug is built from tightly joined felt balls that form a compact, honeycomb-like mosaic on a blue background. Small, rounded felt pieces in navy blue, olive, gray and ivory are distributed across the surface, producing a lively, multicolored pattern with a tactile, pebble-like texture. The low, sculpted profile and dense handwork give the rug a substantial, tactile feel underfoot while maintaining a neat, hand-crafted appearance.
This piece works well in modern and casual interiors where texture and color add personality. Pair it with light wood or mid-century furniture for a Scandinavian-inspired living area, set it beneath a round coffee table to highlight the mosaic pattern, or use it to bring playful color to a child's room or entryway. It also layers nicely over hardwood for contrast or helps define a cozy seating nook in an open-plan space.
