I have had this rug for a couple of years. It is still as beautiful as the day I got it. Vacuums nice and doesn't show the dog hair!

Not exactly the colour i thought but thats just buying off photos but not disappointed .Only down side is it was so tightly rolled up its been a long job too get it to lay flat.
Reviewing a different size or color: 10 Ft Runner · BlackI love the look of this rug it looks great in our dining room! The delivery was as promised and it was well packaged. The downside is the rug is not as thick as i would have liked and more importantly after 2 weeks the edges of the rug do not lay flat creating a tripping hazzard. I have placed the dining chairs around perimeter of the rug for a week with little improvement. I have used ice cubes which has helped somewhat but still after doing that twice the corners are still curled up.

Reviewing a different size or color: 10 Ft Round · BlackI liked the pattern of the rug but was hesitant to even open the rolled up rug when I saw how thin the rug was. I opened it anyway and I should have expected to get what I got. The rug is paper thin and all corners continue to curl up .... and it's been weighed down for three months. The price was reasonable but the quality was not what I hoped for. Live and learn.
Reviewing a different size or color: 4x6 · BlueThe rug itself is lovely. This is the second runner I have ordered from Rugs.com. However, in both instances the ends are rolled poorly. I have grips and heavy items on the ends to ensure they stay flat. Not working. First runner I had to throw out. This one is looking to be the same.
Reviewing a different size or color: 10 Ft Runner · BlueFeels thin, is terribly creased and won’t straighten out. The colors are blah. If we had the time before we left our part time house, we would have returned it. We won’t be back in time to suit the return policy. Very disappointed.
Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 · BlackI've had this rug for a few weeks, I've tried putting heavy books on the ripples and no luck. It's almost like it heated up in shipping and reshaped the rug during transport. It's too bad because it's a good design and color but it looks really odd with the weird ripples and folds in the middle and around the edges. I've never had this issue before with other rugs I purchased online.
Reviewing a different size or color: 8 Ft Round · BlueColor works and its fits the space. It's so thi though that the edges form want to stay down. Got them taped hoping it will help. That said. the rugs came quickly and the sizes and color were spot on.

Received everything quickly, but was not impressed with the appearance of the design on the rug or runner. They both looked like a very pixelated digital image rather than a smooth woven rug. Additionally, the designs on 7' 10" x 11' rug and the 2' 7" x 8' runner were oriented such that when placed in the room they were at right angles to each other rather than in the same direction. So I returned the whole order. I would have given a 1-star review for the rugs, except for the fact that the return was just as quick & easy as the order. So I'm giving it a 3-star because they handled the return so well
