I was surprised to find out this rug had channels...every few rows is bare making the overall look channel-like. I was worried but you can’t see the bare spots so that was a relief to me. I do like the channel look. I added a pic to show the difference between my yellow-ish coffee table and the sandy/latte color on the rug. The rug is mostly grey (a light grey and a medium grey) with ivory latte marine blue and black. It has a modern/abstract feel to me. The feel is very soft. I put an upgraded pad underneath because I believe it’s necessary on a hard surface floor. I only gave it 4 stars because I’m not convinced it will last more than a few years.

Reviewing a different size or color: 7 Ft Round · BlackMy only concern is it looks slightly 1980-ish with the way the colors are splashed onto it. Overall I like it. It doesn’t help that we have carpet underneath that makes it look even more like 1980. I think with hardwoods it will look beautiful.

Colors are sharp rug is soft and a beautiful tree bark looking pattern. Hard to find a 6 by 6 rug and they had several to choose from. Best part was it came nicely packaged and in lightning speed so I got my instant gratification personality satisfied!!!
