I got the 9x12 of this rug and I am so happy with it so far. The mat on it isn’t super long but it is so much softer than the rug we previously had. There is more color variation in it than you can see in pictures which I like because my main fear of a rug with so much white in it was that every speck of dirt would show. There are multiple shades of blue grey and tan present. This rug has held up well with my dogs and my 20 month old so far!

I was debating between this rug or another one on a different website. Because this website offered free shipping and free returns this is what ultimately convinced me to try this rug out. Since I couldn't see the rug in person I didn't want to risk purchasing a rug and having to pay for the return if it didn't work out. The free returns this company offers is what convinced me to purchase from them! Also this rug was about half the price of the other one I was debating between from another website! I will continue purchasing rugs for my other rooms from this website. When I received it it more than exceeded my expectations! I absolutely love it!

So many reviews say they are unable to return but I had no problem. Yes I did have to wait on hold for about an hour but the return shipping label was in my inbox by the end of the day. The rug is soft & looks exactly as expected. 10/10 would recommend.
The carpet looks and feels great. Doesn’t look cheaply made at all. It also blends very well with our flooring. Pictured below is 7x7 round size. Highly recommend it. Shipping was fast

Reviewing a different size or color: 10 Ft Runner · BeigeI was a little nervous about the colors but they are subtle and pretty and the rug brings a nice brightness to an otherwise mostly all grey room. Its soft and doesn't turn up at the corners or shed and we didn't even need a pad.
