A warm field of brown forms the background of this hand-knotted, 100% wool rug, graduating gently into light brown, beige and cream at one end. The pattern is intentionally simple — a soft ombré with subtle tonal shifts and small, natural variations in pile that give the surface depth and character. Up close the wool has a low to medium pile height with a slightly springy, plush feel; running your hand across it reveals a gentle nap and a soft, natural luster that catches light differently depending on the angle.
