Product Description
Hand-tufted of 100% wool, this oval rug mirrors the familiar shape of an American football with a warm brown field punctuated by ivory end bands and a vertically offset ivory lace motif. The wool pile is soft and springy underfoot, with a dense hand-tufted construction that gives the laces a slightly raised, tactile detail against the smoother brown background. The simple, sporty graphic and clean two-tone palette make the design easy to layer with other textiles without competing for attention.
This rug works well in a child's playroom or sports-themed bedroom, adding a playful anchor that withstands everyday use while staying stylish. It also fits casual family spaces or a game room—place it on hardwood or laminate to soften the floor, pair it with leather or wood furniture for a relaxed, masculine edge, or layer beside a reading nook with beanbags and low shelving to create a cozy activity corner.
