When it arrived, one edge was dirty and there were two areas in the rug where someone had "pulled" the yarn up. I decided to keep the rug because it would be so hard to return it, with the hope that it will not unravel over time.

Reviewing a different size or color: 9x12 · Multithe 9 x 12 arrives tightly folded and has very deep creases and does not lie flat. Customer service told me it might take weeks for it to relax. For an expensive rug, I find that unacceptable. in order to return it I was advised to purchase, at my own expense, a shipping box or tarp. All they sent it to me in was a plastic bag.
